The Member acknowledges and warrants that the information and photographs contained in the advert to be published shall be correct, the photographs shall belong to the advert, they shall not contain any points misleading third parties and institutions and the expression and photographs shall not have any connection with www.buyemlak.com and shall be only binding on the Client. www.buyemlak.com shall have right to unilaterally halt the service provided to the MEMBER at any time permanently or temporarily. The MEMBER agrees hereby such disposition in advance. In this case, the liability of www.buyemlak.com shall be limited to only return of the cost of the service that has not been used by the MEMBER yet. The MEMBER shall not use the service that he buys as to destroy public order, in violation of general morality, to disturb or offence the others, for a purpose in breach of the laws, or as to infringe intellectual and copyright property rights of the others. Links of any type in posts or on photos are not allowed.
